First of all, the most important, the ingredients. Here below you have them:

1 turkey, approx. 15 lbs.* (For 10-12 people)
Juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper
Olive oil or melted butter
1/2 yellow onion, peeled and quartered
Tops and bottoms of a bunch of celery
2 carrots
Parsley
Sprigs of fresh rosemary, thyme

The follow step is wash your hands with soap, remeber you have to manipulate food. Now we are redy to begin with our turkey.

First of all, we have to remove the neck and giblets( the giblets are heart, gizzard, liver)

After that you must preheat the owen to 200º more or less. Now It's time to begin turkey's stuffing.Lather the inside of the cavity with the juice of a half lemon.

Take some salt and rub all over inside the turkey. In this method of cooking a turkey, we don't make the stuffing in the turkey because doing so adds too much to the cooking time. For flavor, put in inside the turkey a half a yellow onion, peeled and quartered, a bunch of parsley, a couple of carrots, and some tops and bottoms of celery. You may need to cap the body cavity with some aluminum foil so that the stuffing doesn't easily fall out. Close up the turkey cavity with either string (not nylon string!) or metal skewers. Make sure that the turkey's legs are tied together, held close to the body, and tie a string around the turkey body to hold the wings in close.

Rub either melted butter or olive oil all over the outside of the turkey. Sprinkle salt generously all over the outside of the turkey (or have had it soaking in salt-water brine before starting this process). Sprinkle pepper over the turkey.
Place turkey BREAST DOWN on the bottom of a rack over a sturdy roasting pan big enough to catch all the drippings. This is the main difference between the way mom makes turkey and everyone else. Cooking the turkey breast down means the skin over the breast will not get so brown. However, all of the juices from the cooking turkey will fall down into the breast while cooking. And the resulting bird will have the most succulent turkey breast imaginable.
Add several sprigs of fresh (if possible) thyme and rosemary to the outside of the turkey.
Chop up the turkey giblets (gizzard, heart). Put into a small saucepan, cover with water, add salt. Bring to simmer for an hour or so to help make stock for the stuffing Put the turkey in the oven. Check the cooking directions on the turkey packaging. Gourmet turkeys often don't take as long to cook. With the turkeys mom gets, she recommends cooking time of about 15 minutes for every pound. For the 15 lb turkey, start the cooking at 400 F for the first 1/2 hour. Then reduce the heat to 220º for the next 2 hours. Then reduce the heat further to 200º for the next hour to hour and a half.
If you want the breast to be browned as well, you can turn over the bird for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, at an oven temp of 220°. (Oven must be at least 200° for browning to occur.) Note that if you do this, you will have a higher risk of overcooking the turkey breast. We never worry about browning the breast.
Start taking temperature readings with a meat thermometer, inserted deep into the thickest part of the turkey breast and thigh, a half hour before the turkey should be done. The dark meat in the thigh should be about 75º. If you don't have a meat thermometer, spear the breast with a knife. The turkey juices should be clear, not pink.

Once you remove the turkey from the oven, let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Turn the turkey breast side up to carve it.

Now let's go to prepare turkey gravy.

Scrape all the drippings off of the bottom of the roasting pan. Pour drippings into a smaller skillet. Ladle off excess fat with a gravy spoon and save for possible use later. In a separate small bowl take a quarter cup of corn starch and add just enough water to dissolve the corn starch. Beat cornstarch with a spoon to remove lumps. Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the drippings, stirring constantly. You may not end up using all of the cornstarch mixture. Only add as much as you need to get the desired thickness. Allow time for the cornstarch to thicken the gravy. Add salt, pepper, sage, thyme, or other seasonings to taste.

Here you have it! Enjoy the recipe.

HOW DRUGS CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

I'm going to explain how drugs have changed my life, forever.
I was a teenager when I took my first pill. I took it because all my friends took them every weekend, and they seemed to be very happy.
I was the last in our group who tasted drugs, and nowadays, I don't understand why, because
I've always scared of drugs.
I used to feel different in the group, because at 5 in the morning I was absolutely tired, and all my friends were really happy, and full of energy. I felt like I was a pain in the neck by them.
My boyfriend, took drugs too, we were in the same group. He loved the night, and he liked taking drugs a lot, for this reason we argued a lot, so we decided to split up.
I remember that I felt very sad, and I cried every day, because I loved him a lot.
It was a bad period because during the week, I had a lot of things to do, the problems began at weekends, because me and all the group, went to parties, including my ex-boyfriend.
I looked at him, and he seemed to be the happiest man in the world, with his drugs, and I felt the saddest woman in the world, so I decided to taste the drug.
I thought that all my sadness was going to disappear with those magic pills.
The first time I tasted them I felt good, because it was the first time that I felt I was integrated in the group, so I was full of energy, and happy. However, It was not a real world . Friends are not real friends, and happiness was not real either.
After that day I was able to taste some different kind of drugs, like cocaine, spit and lsd as well.
I used to take them every weekend, since something bad happened to me.
It was on the 24th of June, we were in a private party full of drugged people.
I used to buy one pill, but that day I bought two and it was a big mistake. Two hours after we had arrived to the party I was totally unconscious, and nobody realized.
When they realized I was unconscious party, they decided to get me into the car, and continued with the party. When it finally ended, my boyfriend made the decision to take me home.
I was very ill, and nobody was at home, my parents were abroad, so I was two days at home, totally unconscious.
When my parents got home, they realized that I was really ill, so they decided to take me to the hospital; I was in coma some days. I was fighting to survive, and I achieved it.
Those days were really hard. My parents couldn't believe all that had happened.
But they gave me all their support, and we overcame that problem. I have to thank them for their help, it was really important for me.
Although we though the problem had finished, it had just begun, some days after, I began to feell bad, I was going to the hospital every day during a week, I had panic attacks. I was not ill, but I felt really ill, so we began to visit all kind of doctors, in order to find what my illness was.
After many test, I had anxiety. From that day up to now, I continue with anxiety. These drugs changed my life for ever. Before that I was really happy, with a lot of dreams to achieve. I loved travelling a lot, and meeting people.
Nowadays, I can't make anything. I have a lot of phobias; I'm not able to travel out of the country. I lost my happiness, I’ve never feel healthy, everyday I have a different pain, and sometimes I feel depressed, because I don’t like how I am.
I only hope to make up for lost time, and become the happy girl I was before.

It's hard for me to explain this, but perhaps it could help someone, and this will be enough to me.

Please take in mind that drugs can destroy your life.

A PERFECT CLOUDY DAY

Hello everybody,

Even tough today it's cloudy , and it seems it's going to rain , I feel quite good.

The day began in a different way as usual. This morning I got up early, I walked to the tram station, and I catch the tram. Now I suppose you're thinking that a lot of people do the same every morning, but for me it'is special, because I always drive my car to get everywhere.I like the tram, more than the other public transports.

On one hand, most days, the bus in the mornings is so full, that the bus driver decides not to stop at some stations, so you loose this bus, and you have to wait for the following one. Then your are late to work.In the case he decides to open the doors, your problem is to get a seat, or a place where you can hold, not to fall in case the bus driver has to brake the bus.

On the other hand the subway is good too, but I prefer to see the landscape while I'm travelling to some place.

Finally we have the train, that it likes me too, but I prefer to catch it when I have to go to Barcelona's center, because in 5 minutes, I can be there.

To sum up the tram has been the best way to get to work today because in ten minutes I was in SantJust , I could have a seat, I could even read the news.

INTRODUCING MYSELF

Hello everybody,

I'm going to introduce myself.My name is Brisa.Although I'm in my forties, I'm still being a very attractive woman.However, I'm single .
Sometimes I've asked myself why I'm still single, and my conclusion is because I like men a lot, and only one is not enough for me, because the one who is funny is not romantic, the other one who is romantic, is not funny, so I need to have two, one romantic and one funny to make me feel happy.

Other features about my personality, are that I'm an easy-going person, funny and very patient as well. But I'm bad-tempered, moody and a liar too, as a good Geminis.

I've curly blonde hair , blue eyes and an scuptural body as a result of the hours I've spent in the gym.
I have big bust, and a good bottom, so I have to show off my figure for this reason I used to wear sexy clothes, with big necklines, and tight trousers with high-heeled shoes.
I'd like men looked at me, I'm a provocative woman.

So you can deduce why I'm not married, I think it's difficult to be my partner, but perhaps one day all will change and I'll find the perfect man who'll make me change.

I'll be waiting.<div
